    Rarely the only obligation

    Most compliance providers start by telling you everything you need. We start by telling you what you can ignore — most brands sell into five to eight European markets, not twenty-seven, and most products fall under three or four regimes, not fifteen.

    For most brands the first obligation is representation: a named EU Authorised Representative or UK Responsible Person. Whatever else applies — packaging, batteries, chemicals, conformity documentation — we hold it under the same contract, with one named contact who knows your file.
