What Is the CRA?

The Cyber Resilience Act (EU 2024/2847) is the EU's first horizontal cybersecurity regulation for products. It requires manufacturers to implement security by design, maintain vulnerability handling processes, and provide security updates throughout a product's expected lifetime. Non-compliance can result in fines up to €15 million or 2.5% of global turnover.
