EUUK Compliance provides regulatory compliance services to manufacturers and sellers, including EU Authorised Representative, UK Responsible Person, CE marking support, GPSR compliance, and EPR registration services. Our registered address is Keizersgracht 391 A, 1016 EJ Amsterdam, Netherlands.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or our services.
3. Services
We provide compliance advisory and representation services as described on the Site. The exact scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines for any engagement will be set out in a separate written agreement, quotation, or order confirmation between you and EUUK Compliance, which will prevail over these Terms in case of conflict.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documentation reasonably required for us to perform our services. We are not liable for any consequences arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by you.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees are as quoted at the time of engagement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate and result in suspension of services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to EUUK Compliance and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
7. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other party in connection with the services and to use such information only for the purposes of the engagement.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we exercise reasonable professional care, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding outcomes, fitness for a particular purpose, or that any regulatory authority will accept a filing or registration.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EUUK Compliance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event.
10. Third-Party Links
